Sorry about all this guys. The Transfer of things is complicated.
Tomorrow you will have an MSPaint Day, and Thursday, since apparently I didn't give Kuro enough warning XP.
Sunday will be the beginning of our Interim, for a semester, with the extremely talented Kuro (Who did our first Fan Art might I add, if you'd like a sample of his work) taking the reigns in the art department.
Minerva will be back in May (I'm assuming, since that's when she graduates. XP Give her a Congrats. I've still got a year and a half ahead of me at least. ((Shows me what I get for not being able to figure out what I want)) )
Also, I've been working a lot more on my creative projects, since I quit my job and all, And I will be making a New LJ layout for this LJ. (I just have to do a few OTHER layouts for other things first ((Likemyvoiceactingresume)). God knows it sucks to see the little "Term is up" thing all over.
I also will pose the Community question again. Anybody interested? I'm assuming not since no one replied to the last post. LoL.

Yes, 'tis I! You're loving writer Laura!
So, Starting Sunday (YES OMGWTF SUNDAY) Kuro and I will be working on something to keep everyone (including ourselves) occupied while our normal artist Minerva is away.
Let's just say, It's a common occurance with POPULAR Anime/Manga such as Omoshiroku.
In other news, I quit my job, giving me Infintely more time and infinitely less money. Yay!
So, I've been thinking about trying to start an Omoshiroku Community, so that everyone can talk, instead of just Me and Minerva. >>. A message board would be Ideal, but I suck at things like that. So Maybe a Community.

At this point, I'd just like to say that I as the writer am completely blown away by Mini Chan in this installment of Omoshiroku. She's done an absolutely amazing job and even took me by surprise. So I just wanted to give her some applause right there.

Hello all, and yes, you read his name correctly: His name is Malicious.
The history of Malicious' name is quite an interesting one actually, I typed "Vicious" into word and used the thesaurus. Malicious came up, along with cruel, nasty, brutal, ferocious, fierce, inhuman, violent and sadistic.
It tied betwen Malicious and Ferocious, then I decided Malicious won in vast amounts. Mwah ha ha ha ha ha
And thus Malicious was named, cause he was a character for a while named "Bad Guy"
...Yeah I know I suck at names what's it to ya? XP |

So yeah, There is an Update every day of the week this week, just for their Transformation Splash Pages. Otherwise it would be a Six Page long Comic, and the Dial Up viewers would rape us with Rusty Hangers.
And I would Cry.

So, if you're wondering why the Japanese Text in Minerva's looks cooler (I still did the subtitles, just not the japanese), its because her computer has the Japanese Language pack and mine doesn't, so if I tried to type it out in like a word program, I'd see boxes. It would suck.
If you're wondering how I did mine, I found a bunch of JPEGs of Japanese Characters and selected and dragged, over and over. it was obnoxious, thats why I was like, "Minerva, you do this one."
Hee hee Don't you love the Japanese conversation she made up? (If you speak Japanese and all... heh.)

Yeah, the MS-Paint ness of this week is Actually Adobe Premiere, because I'm in various Computer Art Classes and now I can actually use it.
Also, yeah I'm makin fun of Subs, for no particular reason, I figure I make fun of the Dubs with the bad Censoring, why not make fun of some of the subs too. ne? ^_^

Hey there all you guys. Long time no Update I know, sorry about that.

3) The Reason for such teensy weensy little comics:
About a Month ago, I lost my Omoshiroku Notebook, which had scripts in it for the last few months. So Minerva has been trying to buy me time to re-write scripts. I apologize for that one guys.
Anyway, I have heard from certain sources, that some readers have been wondering why "I Choose You" was longer than "Fearsome Mechs". Here is my very good reason... well my reason at least.
When I wrote both Fearsome Mechs and I choose you, I was doing a 2 - Part Episode (radio play speaking). But reading them again they both felt cut a little short. So I decided to go to a 3-part episode format.
However, I Choose you was all ready being posted, so I couldn't go back and change Fearsome Mechs.
And that is why. |
